FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I want to add something that is not in the forms?

The forms are fill-in-the-blank with required information, but they are fully customizable with additional information. For example, the forms have all of the basics that are required to file your family law case. But, if you want to add something to one of the documents, you may certainly do so. If you are unsure about what you can add, you can purchase a package or additional services that allows for an attorney to review your completed forms, and/or answer any questions that you may have.

Will your attorneys represent me in Court?

No attorney/client relationship is formed by anything you purchase from this site. Therefore, our attorneys are not representing you or providing you with legal advice in any way. Our attorneys are simply giving you legal information and legal aid. However, if you decide that you need representation, we may refer you to the appropriate resources to find an attorney in your area.

What if I am unhappy with my purchase?

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may contact us and we will resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

I just have a few questions about my case, will you answer them really quick?

If you purchase a Package or A la Carte Service that includes 30 day or 60 day unlimited attorney email support you may ask as many questions as you like of our qualified family law attorneys. However, we will not answer questions related to your family law filing outside of the purchase of services.

Are there instructions with the forms?

Yes, each form packet comes with comprehensive instructions.

How often are the forms updated?

Forms are updated in accordance with when new laws/rules come out.

I need a form packet that is not listed on your site, where can I find one?

We currently only offer the form packets shown, for various reasons. However, feel free to let us know what packet you are interested in so that we can look into development of additional form packets that may be in demand.
